Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. For international orders, please note that customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your kayaks, paddle boards, and water sports gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Paddles (due to personal use nature)
- Parts (unless defective upon arrival)
- Any items showing signs of wear or use
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with subject “Return/Exchange Request” and your order number
- Provide Details: Include reason for return and whether you want refund or exchange
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email return shipping instructions and RMA number within 2 business days
- Ship Your Item: Pack securely in original packaging with all accessories
- Processing: We inspect upon receipt and process refund/exchange within 5 business days
Refund Information
- Method: Refunds issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing: 3-5 business days to appear in your account after processing
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees non-refundable; return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless due to our error
Exchanges
Need a different size or model? We’ll process your exchange after receiving the original item:
- If new item costs more: You pay the difference
- If new item costs less: We refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange replacement/refund and cover return shipping.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping and customs fees
- Refunds issued in USD (subject to exchange rates)
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
