Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Paddles (due to personal use nature)
  • Parts (unless defective upon arrival)
  • Any items that have been used or show signs of wear

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we’ll process your refund. Here’s what to expect:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or model, we’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item. If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
